Package 3 includes rental of the Planer Mill for the rehearsal dinner and wedding. Also, use of the Magnolia Mill House for the bridal party the day of the wedding and use of the Kitchen.

Pre-Wedding
Engagement or bridal photos with your photographer during normal business hours is $10 per person.
By special appointment, during non-business hours (1½ hour maximum) is $15 per person.
Packages
All packages include access to Planer Mill for decorating done one day prior to wedding (during normal business hours) or rehearsal dinner (only in Packages 2-4).
All packages can be customized to meet your specific needs. If you do not see a package that fits your day, let us customize one for you.
RESERVING OUR SPACE FOR YOUR WEDDING
The retainer fee guarantees your reservation with us on your wedding day. This fee is non-refundable and due the day you sign the contract. This fee is determined by the package you choose and is a down payment towards that package.
- On event day you must vacate property no later than midnight. (electricity is turned off and gate is locked at midnight)
- ALL food must be delivered and disposed of day/evening of event. Do NOT leave any food unattended.

You can always come and visit the venue and dressing rooms (building) during our normal business hours without an appointment.
